Another quick post, I have my last and extremely hard exam in a week and I'm shitting brick already. All my free time is dedicated to studying so I am sorry for not commenting much on other blogs. I'll be back soon :)

Today I am gonna review two products from Models own Artstix line that I was send by a slovenian online store click2chic.si. As always, this is my unbiased opinion.

I got sent Models own Artstix Nail beads Neon pink fizz and I was so excited to try it out :) The process is easy, you paint your nails with a base color and while the polish is still wet, you pour the beads over the nail and gently press them. I did one nail at the time and it was really easy to do. Messy but easy :) I did it over a piece of paper so I could pour beads that didn't stick on my nails back in the bottle. You get 14 grams of beads, I did all 10 nails and you can see, there's still a lot in the bottle. I love the look and feel of it but unfortunately it's not very long lasting, on me it lasted about one day and they started falling off. My tip would be to put a thicker coat ob base polish, so the beads have more to stuck to.

Pred časom mi je spletna trgovina click2chic.si poslala v oceno dva Models own Artstix izdelka. Dobila sem Models own bisere za nohte Neon pink fizz. Sam postopek je lažji, kot sem si predstavljala. Najprej sem nanesla roza lak, nato pa stresla bisere na moker lak in jih s prsti še dodatno pritrdila. Ker mora biti lak še moker, sem postopek opravila noht za nohtom. Še največji problem je lovljenje raztresenih biserov, ki se niso prijeli na lak :) Priporočam da to delate nad krožnikom ali papirjem, da lahko bisere stresete nazj v stekleničko. V steklenički je 14 gramov biserov, mogoče se sliši malo ampak če pogledate stekleničko na sliki, je še vedno zelo polna po manikuri na vseh desetih nohtih. Zelo mi je všeč 3D videz biserov, vendar pa niso ravno obstojni. Nekje po dnevu so mi začeli počasi odpadati. Moj nasvet bi bil, da uporabite debelejšo plast barvnega laka, da se imajo biseri kam prijeti.

Second thing I got is Models own Artstix Duo polish Blibble. It has two 5 ml polishes, a neon pink base which is Bubblegum from their Iced Neon Nail Polish Collection and a glitter topper Blizzard from Wonderland Collection. I love the idea of combining best selling nail polish colours in one duo polish especially if you're a nail polish junkie and you already have more polish than you'll ever use in you lifetime. I'd rather have two 5 ml polishes than one 15 ml. The consistency of these two was great, Bubblegum is opaque in one coat and Blizzard is really packed with holo glitters of different shapes.

Drug izdelek pa je Models Own Artstix dvojni lak Bibble. Vsebuje 5 ml dveh odtenkov, neon roza bazo Bubblegum iz Iced neon kolekcije in nadlak Blizzard iz Wonderland kolekcije. Laki v teh dvojčkih so najbolj priljubljeni odtenki preteklih kolekcij, kar se mi zdi zelo dobra ideja. Ker sem velik odvisnik od lakov, raje kupim več manjših stekleničk kot eno večjo, saj tako ali tako ne bom nikoli porabila vseh lakov ki jih imam :) Oba laka sta zelo dobra, Bubblegum je prekriven z enim slojem kar je redko za neone, Blizzard pa je tudi poln holo bleščic v različnih oblikah.

Part two of Uma cosmetics that were given to me by licila.si:) I already showed you the red beauty here. When I first saw The power of Uma, a dark grey creme and Uma's paradise, a peachy pastel pink frost/shimmer, I knew I wanted to do a combination of them. I decided to go with a variation of a skittle manicure and just went with the flow :) This is two coats of The power of Uma and three of Uma's paradise, which needed more coats due to being a pastel (they can be a pain to apply). This mani also lasted on me for about 4 days as usual (with topcoat and basecoat).

I loved wearing this mani even it'a a bit too girly for my taste.

Danes imam za vas drugi del paketa, ki so mi ga poslali iz spletne trgovine licila.si. Ko sem prvič videla The power of Uma, siv krem lak in Uma's paradise, pastelno pink lak s "frost" izgledom (manjka mi izrazov v slovenščini, vem :), sta se mi zdela popolna kombinacija. Manikura je nastala dokaj neplanirano, vzela sem laka, lepilni trak in star kuli ter se lotila dela :) The power of Uma je potreboval dva sloja za prekrivnost, Uma's paradise pa tri ( pasteli so znani, da so malo težavnejši za nanašanje). Lak mi je na nohtih ostal neokrušen nekje 4 dni (z nadlakom in podlakom), tako kot mi laki tudi običajno. Na začetku se mi je manikura zdela "prepunčkasta" zame, vendar mi je potem postala zelo všeč.

A while a go I was contacted by KKCenterHK to review some product. I immediately went for studs, this ones to be exact (silver matte 4 mm). I did combo nails, I used my beloved Milani one coat glitter Silver dazzle on my pinky and ring fingers. The rest have Essence Fatal for a base and while the polish was still wet I placed the studs on. Then I went over it with Essence Matte top coat and it didn't change the look of studs one bit. This size is a bit big for my curved nails so they didn't lay totally flat on my nails but I still didn't lose any of them. Maybe it was a good combination of placing them on wet polish and sealing them with topcoat. While I do think that studs are very overdone I still loved wearing this mani :)
